The #1 Proven Method to be More Productive
Craving freedom?
Tired of wondering why you’re tired at the end of the day but feel like you didn’t accomplish much?
I'm only well too familiar with that feeling of being tired at the end of the day, or exhausted by the end of the week, yet frustrated that I don't feel I accomplished enough.
I mean, how much harder can I work?
But often it's not about finding & working more hours.
It's about protecting your time and working on the right things.
I want to share with you something that was shared with me by a mentor: The Eisenhower Productivity Matrix (named after the 34th President of the United Sates). It can be the key to giving you some relief, and helping you reach your goals faster.
If you haven't already heard of it, it's a proven system for organizing your activities to help you focus on what will move you forward, and get rid of the time sucking tasks that leave you feeling drained yet no further ahead.
How it works is that you take your To-Do List, and assign each task to one of the following boxes:
1. Urgent & important
2. Important, but not urgent
3. Urgent, but not important
4. Not urgent, and not important
And then you decide what to do with the tasks that end up in each box.
You can use this quick matrix to help you answer the questions:
"What should I do today/tomorrow?"
"What should I focus on this week?"

After watching the video, grab a piece of paper and do a brain-dump of what you need to get done.
Then assign each to one of the 4 boxes.
Let me know if you plan to put it in action tomorrow... yup, tomorrow. I want you to immediately give yourself the gift of working smarter, not harder!
